ZeroLoop Studios designs, builds and ships focused apps and products, from first sketch to launch. Each one starts with a real problem, a tool that should already exist, or an idea worth building.
I bring experience across engineering, product, consulting and support at Deloitte, SpaceX and Oracle, and hold every app and client project to that standard.

HarborFile privacy policy
HarborFile is a private folder for your family’s important documents, accounts, and wishes. It is designed so that ZeroLoop Studios cannot see your data.
What we collect
- Sign in with Apple: you sign in with Apple so sharing and purchases work. We request no name and no email. Our server sees only an anonymous Apple identifier, never who you are.
- Everything else stays on your device: your documents, accounts, passwords, wishes, and contacts are encrypted on your phone with AES-GCM before anything leaves it. The encryption key lives in your Keychain and syncs through iCloud Keychain, which Apple encrypts end to end.
- Encrypted backup: if you turn on backup, iCloud holds only the encrypted backup file. Apple cannot read it, and neither can we.
- Sharing: invites go out as QR codes or claim codes. Our relay server passes along only encrypted packets between signed-in devices. It never sees names, emails, or what is in your folder.
What we do not do
No ads. No analytics SDKs. No crash-reporting SDKs. No tracking. We do not sell personal information.
Purchases
Apple’s App Store processes HarborFile purchases. ZeroLoop does not receive your payment card details.
Your choices
You can revoke Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings, turn off iCloud backup in the app, or delete the app to remove its on-device data. To request deletion of your anonymous server records, email [email protected].

Mahj! does not require an account, show ads, sell personal information, or use data for advertising or tracking.
Data stored on your device
Game settings, tile preferences, local Solitaire streaks and times, a random device identifier, and the most recent crash report are stored on your device. This gameplay data is not uploaded to ZeroLoop servers.
Crash diagnostics
If remote crash reporting is enabled in the store build, Sentry may receive an error message, stack trace, app version, device model, operating system version, and whether the error was fatal. These diagnostics are used only to fix stability problems and are not linked to a name or email address.
Your choices
Deleting the app removes its on-device data. There is no account to delete. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Data used by the app
- Game progress, settings, statistics, earned items, and cached purchase access are stored on your device.
- Weekly leaderboards use a random player identifier and may include the nickname you choose, scores, progress, and submission time.
- If you use cloud save, an anonymous Firebase account stores your game progress and in-game economy data.
- Firebase Analytics records app interactions and usage events so the game can be improved.
Ads and purchases
Cozy Grid uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. On iOS, the app asks for permission before allowing tracking for advertising. RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play process purchases and return purchase and entitlement status to the app. ZeroLoop does not receive your payment card details.
Your choices
You can deny tracking permission, avoid entering a leaderboard nickname, and delete the app to remove local data. To request deletion of cloud or leaderboard data, email [email protected] and include the Player ID shown in the app. ZeroLoop does not sell personal information.

Local games
Hosted game history, ledger details, and an optional profile photo are stored on your device. Ledger details include player names, buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs, and settlements.
Optional online features
Joined games use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to sync player names, pot and stack amounts, game status, a random device identifier, and the connection between a seat and a profile. Anonymous sign-in is used by default. Optional Sign in with Apple can link a display name and payment handles such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or an Apple Cash note to your profile.
Analytics, purchases, and payment links
Firebase Analytics records aggregate app usage such as sessions and screen views. Apple StoreKit processes LivePot Pro purchases. Payment buttons only open the selected third-party app or website with settlement details. LivePot does not send money or receive card details.
Your choices
You can delete your LivePot account from Profile, revoke Sign in with Apple in Apple ID settings, or delete the app to remove local data. ZeroLoop does not sell personal information or use advertising SDKs in LivePot. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Data stored on your device
Your blueprints, tasks, completion history, reminder settings, theme, onboarding state, and cached purchase access are stored locally. Matin does not require an account or upload that history to a ZeroLoop server.
Analytics, reminders, and sharing
Firebase Analytics records app opens and aggregate usage so the app can be improved. Optional reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Matin asks for photo-library access only when you choose to save a Proof of Work image, and sharing uses the device share sheet.
Purchases and data practices
RevenueCat and the Apple App Store process Matin Pro purchases and return purchase and entitlement status to the app. ZeroLoop does not receive your payment card details. The current app does not show ads, use HealthKit, sell personal information, or track users across other companies' apps and websites.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications or photo access in device settings, export your history, and delete the app to remove local data. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
