Home Tech project kit

A simple operating guide plus three working forms for moving a household from first conversation to a clean handoff. Enter details during a session and download a plain-text record; nothing is saved by this page.

How a project runs

ZeroLoop Home Tech remains the one contact the household calls. Specialists come in only when the physical work calls for them.

01

Listen and map

Capture the rooms, people, devices, pain points, network setup, access needs, and desired outcome. Confirm what needs attention now and what can wait.

02

Separate the scope

Keep setup, configuration, home networking, connected devices, and troubleshooting with ZeroLoop. Route new wiring, wall work, or construction to a licensed low-voltage contractor.

03

Approve the plan

Write down the work, the owner of each task, the expected visit sequence, and any hardware. Get approval before ordering gear or beginning work outside the walk-through.

04

Handle the gear cleanly

The client buys approved products directly or pre-pays ZeroLoop before ordering. Hardware is passed through at cost with no markup and no surprise reimbursement request.

05

Complete and teach

Configure, test, label where helpful, and show the household the everyday controls. Let the client enter passwords and security codes directly rather than recording them.

06

Close the loop

Record what changed, what still needs attention, warranties or return windows, and the next check-in. Leave the client with one clear contact for follow-up.

Scope line

ZeroLoop owns the technology experience. A licensed contractor owns any work that requires new in-wall wiring or construction. ZeroLoop coordinates the handoff so the household does not have to manage separate vendors.

Client intake

Use this before the first visit to arrive with the right questions and avoid avoidable surprises.

First conversation

Capture enough context to plan the walk-through. Do not place passwords, alarm codes, or Wi-Fi credentials in this form.

Scope & hardware approval

Make the plan visible before work begins. Separate ZeroLoop work from licensed trade work and record how gear will be purchased.

Approved project plan

This worksheet records the plan; it is not a substitute for a signed service agreement when one is needed.

Hardware is passed through at cost with no markup. Do not order until the client has bought it directly or the funds have cleared.

Visit closeout

Finish with a tested system, a clear handoff, and no mystery about what happens next.

Work completed

Document outcomes without storing passwords, alarm codes, Wi-Fi credentials, or other sensitive access details.
