Audit. Make a plan. Get it handled.

No generic package and no shopping list before we understand the problem. We start with what you already have and how you want the home to feel.

Step 01

Audit the home

Show us what is frustrating. We review the current setup, test the trouble spots, and ask how each room is used.

Step 02

Choose the right next step

You get a short, understandable plan with the urgent fixes first and optional improvements clearly separated.

Step 03

Let one person handle it

I handle the setup, configuration, networking, and troubleshooting personally, then remain the person to call when something changes.

One person to call

I scope and coordinate the whole job. If new wiring or construction is needed, I bring in a licensed low-voltage contractor and manage the handoff so you are not juggling vendors.

Hardware, no surprises

You approve the gear list first. Buy it directly, or pre-pay ZeroLoop to order it at cost. Hardware is never marked up, and there are no surprise reimbursement requests.

Clear scope

ZeroLoop handles setup, home networking, connected devices, configuration, and troubleshooting. A licensed contractor handles anything that requires new in-wall wiring or construction.
